Recently i have applied for hdfc credit card through customer executive. The very same day i have received a text message that your application is processing but the problem is that i tried to check the application status online through "https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track" - it shows there is no record found. All ready am using the HDFC credit card from 2 to 3 years, instead of increasing limits, ur are decreasing the limits, I want the specific reason, if it is not going to change, I will like to close my credit card account
