[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card status error

Respected sir/mam, i am vikas currently i am working in a private limited company my account also in hdfc bank twenty days ago i apply for a credit card. But when i try to track credit card status there show status error
No result found me not understand what's happening there what is the status of the credit card.
2nd. Whos not working in any company no have the income they have hdfc credit card and hdfc customer care service always call them for credit card fees. I do not understand who have regular income bank disapproved credit card of them. And who do not have any income system they have a credit card that's a big logic.
Maybe i change the bank

But when i try to track credit card status there show status errorNo result found me not understand what's happening there what is the status of the credit card.
