HDFC Bank — Credit card status showing in process since from a month

I applied for a credit card application ref no [protected]W2 On june 2016 dont know exact date and i got verification call adrees verification, teliphonic verification and office verification for the same after a week and they told me the process will take max a week after a week i got call from representstive asking the status i Said No status as provided So far they verified n said the verification Is under progress And since from now status showing in process how much time it will take or any other option atleast tell is it approved or not but till now i did not receive any info which very bad news to say if this is the thing with the service provided to customer then no customer will be happy n i already decided to move on. need not to continue any relationship with this kind of service if i did not recevie any info by one day i will move on for sure. provided i will inform others too on the same. Credit card ref# [protected]W2 please look in to the matter and resolve it asap..
