[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card suspended | |||
Hi Team, My Customer ID is 38161649. My card has been suspended due to non payment of card. However, I bring this to your attention that I have tried so many times to make the payment however, it got declined due to unknown reason. same was raised to your customer care but nothing has happened. I asked them to provide the statement but nothing has been received. I was trying to pay when my principal amount was 10k and now it was 15k. I keep on getting the refund when I try to pay it and you guys are charging the interest on my due amount. I have tried to make you a call on your collection department 66668101 and 102 but no buddy is picking it up. every time I get the answer that all executive are busy.
