[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card transaction | |||
Respected sir this is to inform you that the credit card ending with 6225 that have sent was not opened till now but your bank is deducting the money from my account and kindly send me the statement of my card. So that i can file fir against it. From the month of november and december 2018 we have paid 2600 + 2600 total 5200 and in the month of jan. Riya from your side whose contact no, is [protected] has called and she told me to pay 3200 and we have paid it on the month ending 2700 was deducted from my account again one call from ur side was on feb. 20/2/2019 whos no. Was [protected] named neeru was recieved and she said to fill up the dispute form and hence i will be thankful i[censored] resolve my problem. As we have not yet opened niether used the card.
