I have raised the complaint on the flip-cart transaction amount on November for that i have filed the dispute from and sent to CC.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and CC - customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com this email id's
Last 3 months on wards am getting charge on every statement and also i have requested temporary credit till am not received any temporary credit from your side and still am not getting any response from bank side the complaint which i have raised feed back for flip cart transaction from your side.
Every time i got only default template mails am not sure, How many time forward to this template mail this is not good at least status also not provided and am also i have contacted customer support care support team they are also not given any update.
In the email i attached all the documents Bank sms alert message, dispute from and flip-cart amount return email statement prof
Kindly return the amount or else provide me the temporary credit otherwise please block the card.
Please resolve this issue ASAP and let me know any other details or required.
