Today at 11.45 am i contact your phone banking officer ms bhawana, her talking behaivier is very rudely and not up to the mark. I decided that closed the cc card no.[protected] from immidiate effect. I deposit your due amount rs 9425/ — today. Statement date 15/04/2017 rs. 500+4.15+4.15+116.22+330.20 total 954 and statement date 15/05/2017 rs 294 were un - necessary, so not deposit, pl reverse above charge because no any statement received regarding payment Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had a salary account with HDFC. I left India to pursue my further education and did not maintain the minimum account balance and I required funds for my education. I understand that there will be come penalty for the same, but HDFC has charged me OVER Rs. 7, 500!!! THIS IS INSANE.

A payment of rs. 1815 was made on saturday night to kfc outlet. the money was deducted from the account immediately however payment was not actually made. also the refund of money was not done till date.
