Dear sir/mam, I am using your credit card. This time i checked my billed transactions. You have made unnecessary charges in my account. It shows i am cheated by you. I called you many times but you are not taking my phone. Do the solution otherwise i will approach to banking regulator. Hope that you will understand my problem and solve asap.
