[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card unwanted bill generation after clearing the uses amount | |||
I was using hdfc credit card since 4 years. I always pay my bills on time always. One day lost my card, so i block it and dont issue the card, but they renew my card and add a renew charges in my bill statement. However i fight and solve this issue. And made full payment of purchase value. Now after some time, i receive a bill from hdfc asking 750 rs. I asked hdfc they said late payment. So i request for reversal, then they reverse and then after next week they again ask for late payment of 750 rs., then i again asked for the same issue, then they asked for 100 rs. For full and final settlement. So i pay 110 rs. And after some time, hdfc sent me 1500 rs. Bill for late payment. So this kind of thing is happening with the common person and even dare to ask to big players who loot their money. This kind of activity is mostly done by hdfc as i discuss with other users.
