[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card visa platinum unusual bill generation and amount deduction

Dear sir,
My credit card is generating unusual bill and amount are deducted without any information, i have never used my card.
While opening the account with hdfc they have demonstrated the benefits of having credit card and applied the same. With an insurance attached (Unknowingly) with that and i have made the insurance payment along with fine charged for late payment, then after the have imposed a bill of around 2000. And deducted without any prior information.
The bills are generated continuously time to time without any use

This is the case of fraud done by hdfc credit card division itself, requesting you to refund all my false deduction made. And close my card services

Hence request you to help me out for this type of continuous mantel harassment made by hdfc bank for which i am suffering for unplanned experiences without any known resin. And made my payment reimburse

We wish to clarify that as you are aware payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.
