[Resolved] HDFC Bank Credit Card — Write-Off to NIL -> to change CIBIL Status

Hi

My HDFC Credit Card pending payment on my name with Current Balance of Rs 28, 758 and the card actually belongs to year 2012 . However the actual credit limit on the card was Rs 50, 000. I have Paid 45, 000 by july2015. but the status in CIBIL as of today is “written-off” and Current Balance showing of Rs 28, 758. when I was paid amount to Hdfc Collection Executives promised that they would clear the CIBIL status from “written-off” to “NIL”. still they didn't do.
What should I do & whom to contact for this issue?
