[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card - wrong debit of finance charge | |||
Hello, Kindly note that the purchase was made on 5/12/15 on EMI basis. But i was debited the full amount in the month of December itself. Since then i have been writing mails and makng complaints for the same. I was told that the reversal will be made which was done in the month of March 2016 and EMI started. All i am asking is the reversal of finance charges and late payment charges which have been wrongly debited to me on the full amount for the months of December, January, February, March and April. I have tried to call and talk in your helpline no.s many times but every time there is a new person who tells me new things. Kindly give my case to a responsible person who can sought out the matter at the earliest otherwise I will have to move to the CONSUMER COURT for further assistance.
