[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card wrong email registered by your authorities | |||||
I have Apply for HDFC credit card, I have received after 2 months. Also, There is the mistake by your Authorities to update e-mail Id on your database. I have fill in form [protected]@hotmail.com, But your Authorities add AVAN.[protected]@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, I have registered for E-statement. So I am not able to see my statement. When I want to change my E-mail ID, Your Phonebanker say that I have download request form from the site for change the email ID, and courier to your Chennai branch.
