I was charged for voucher generation on my hdfc regalia card ending with 6144

I am using this feature from the last more than 2 years, never happened any charges.

HDFC suddenly charged fee for voucher generation with out intimating me before. I raised the concern with HDFC to roll back the charges, but they are responding irrelevantly and by passing the real issue "Charges with out intimating me before"

Updated by kk_chevuri refunded by hdfc, but not refunded service tax on charges. This will be again take another 6 months discussion.
