HDFC Bank — Credit Payment by Check - Check No 374999 - Not cleared and not tracked

Hi Team, This is very disapponting that Check for credit card payent has been deposited in Gaur City 2 Branch( HDFC bank Check Only -374999) for credit card payment on 12 th October 2022 . Till now the payment is not being reflected anywhere. When I check with branch they said it is being collected send to credit team for clearnce, they dont tract credit card payment checks. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 30, 2022 Updated by bhuvenesh kumar Wrong Check was deposited as confirmed by the bank ---No Action required
