Having an account with your majiwade thane branch. Since start dealing with miss. Manprit kaur she is rm for my account opening. She tooks 1 month for an account opening. She is not at all responsible. She is very casual in attitude and careless while account opening. After account opening many times i called for help for my account related issues but she reverted casually and late. After tha also i asked that i m looking for net banking facility and swipe in facility for my current account as well as 2 saving accounts but till date no response. Just a wrong commitments that i will send someone or i will mail you... Blaa blla blaa.. Was this information helpful? | |||
