[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Customer care agent Threatening unnecessarily | |||
Sir, For the past 4 years i ham connected with HDFC bank for my personal loan and two wheeler loan also. My revised personal loan number is #41792627. I have missed the March months EMI due date on 4th march as i am into some urgentr financial problem. For the past 4 years i am paying my EMI regularly. This time i missed as i am into a serious family health problem hence could not arrange money during my DUe date. One of your Customer care agent Mr. Gangadhar D, had called me and alerted me about the due date, i said to your agent that due to cash crunch i couldnt pay the money, but i will pay the money by March 30th, still the customer agent mr. Gangadhar D is calling me and threatening me always. because of this behaviour of your customer agent i wont try any new services or product from HDFC hence after. I was your customer from past 4 yeras. I have also pai all my dues of Two wheeler loan too. Still such a bad behaviour from your agent. Was this information helpful? | |||
