Customer Care executive named Nisha, is so arrogant and does not know how to talk to the customers. She herself makes a call and abuses the customer and cuts the phone. Bank should respect its customers. I am having my account along with staff of my company. I will transfer all the accounts from this bank. What type of executives these banks hire .
