Customer Care executive named Nisha, is so arrogant and does not know how to talk to the customers. She herself makes a call and abuses the customer and cuts the phone. Bank should respect its customers. I am having my account along with staff of my company. I will transfer all the accounts from this bank. What type of executives these banks hire . This is gaurav kumar tyagi i taken salary account hdfc, on feb 18th 2017 this hdfc bank charges has been deduced i don't know what i used?
"3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 160217 like this 115 rs was deduced.
