HDFC Bank has a tendency to not to accept cash if server is not working. I have asked the teller authorizer to accept the cash and post the cash credit into the account later on but was told that they aren't allowed to do so. Hence by this forum, I would like to advise bank leaders to make a change in current system. Can you please look into this and start accepting deposits even if the bank's server is down. Please don't consider this as a complaint but rather take it as a suggestion.

Dear Customer,

I understand your concern, however before accepting the cash from the depositor, we need to make relevant checking in our system database, post which the transaction can bee processed. In Absence of systems, we will be unable to accept the deposits. Do write back to us with your contact details and branch details in case of any pending issue.

I am resinged this job[protected] bso list and done my one month notice period also sir, my last working day on[protected].. My manager sidgoud patil that time (Hrbr layout bangalore branch) so please solve my problem sir (January, february and march 8days salary, final settlement, releaving letter and pf). I am waiting your approval sir. Please give me salary, settlement and pf, relieving latter immedeatly in my hdfc bank a\c no [protected]

      Hdfc life is cheating customers:

      I am contacting you regarding surrendered policy refund issues bearing policy number ; 14355747

      I am surrendered my policy on 11 april 2016, but till now i didn't got any refund and the reason you people are saying like as below
      Update on 18.04.2016: wrong nav selection and life assured name mismatch

      Above is the reason you are saying... What i am saying at the time of surrender i am submitted all the required details:1) name declaration 2) cancelled check 3) address proof 4) id proof
      But now you are saying name mismatch bull i don't know you are having a idea about name declaration or not
      And the second reason you are saying wrong nav this is also bull answer from your end because i am surrendered my policy on 11 april after 3.30pm that means the next day nav will calculate and the same was taken consideration and again you are saying wrong nav selection, actually the nav selection is not from my end that's from your end only, you are blaming people saying silly reasons...

      And also i visited the hdfc life banjarahills branch on 25/04/2016 regarding this issue, they are saying, sir you are submitted all the required documents so you don't need to submit again and again
      And they are saying we are considered the right nav, we don't why this happened... And just saying we will follow up this issue with out taking any request from my end...
      And also i am personally mailed to [protected]@hdfclife.com, [protected]@hdfclife.In... And they are useless they don't have knowledge regarding this issues simply saying we will process it give me some time and please contact hdfclife branch they will solve your issue but branch people saying there is nothing wrong from our end...

      What is this... Such a cheater company at the time of sales 24/7 calls to the customer and after sales no response...

      With reference to your letter dated 27rh Nov, 2018, I strongly oppose with your opinion. As the policy No. 17787321 and 17695731were mis sold to me saying the renewal premium of my previous policy. The agent mislead me saying that some maturity payment will be paid if the policy is in order. In this context I request you to consider the case sympathetically and refund the amount at your earliest. My response to the letter is delayed due to my tour on my profession. Thanks.         I opened a an saving account few days earlier and then my mom told me to close the account because I have to maintain a minimum balance of rupees 10000.so as per my mom instruction I vist in the HDFC branch there I told that I wanted to close my saving account, they asked me why did you want to close your account I said due to maintaining 10000 rupees in account my mom told me to close your account and open a new account in my name.then they start talking with me so rudely and insulting me that your staff told me that no need to open any account in Hdfc bank we alredy have so many costumer.this hurts me a lot.the time when I went for opening the account they treat so well but I reach there for closing my account then the real face fo the bank came out.
        And I inform all my relatives, family, friends, that do not open any account account in hdfc bank because they have already too many costumers and they didn't need us.
        First teach your staff how to behave with costumer then give them the job.

          My name is JIDHIN.P, customer ID is 52635935.

          I have applied for HDFC car loan on[protected] and one of your executive collected all the required documents on[protected], loan got approved on[protected].

          Now the executive stating that car price list is not clear (Note: I have sent him at least 5 times, i have done scanning, took photo from iPhone 6s, Samsung A8).

          This is my maximum. Please check the attached image and let me know is it clear to you?

          I requested him to come to my apartment and collect the photo copy but he responded that its not his job . please let me know is it my job?

          From the starting he was harassing me and seems to block the loan. Even he changed policies. First he told insurance on loan is not mandatory later he forced me to take insurance.

          I am a preferred customer of HDFC then also your employees behaving like this.
          I have all his mails and thinking to publish in social medias.

The policy number is 18198262 and we still didn't get the documents to our hand. Hdfc jayanagar branch people say that the documents are delivered to us but when we relocated to bangalore how can they deliver to us at our chennai address when we are not at all there?             I have saving salary account number [protected] with hdfc bank which they have deducted unwanted charges from my account without any intimation and notice due to which my monthly personal loan ecs amount 2745 had bounce, which was transferred from my icici bank on 3rd of march and ecs date was 4th march. Now i am receiving follow-up calls from personal loan department that i need to repay again my ecs amount 2745, which am not going to pay until my bounce charges are going to get back from the bank. My friend have transferred on-line 1000/- from his hdfc bank on 22nd march 2016, when i went to bank with cheque to withdraw the amount again, they have deducted this amount, in fact, i received an sms that balance amount in account is 1000/- all i can say is that bank is not bothered to inform or intimate why they are deducting unnecessary charges from this account, however, the bank have all my communication details updated in they records. Mobile no.[protected] and my email id z. [protected]@zensar.com. This is my hard earn salary which i cannot afford to repay any amount twice, i hardly get my salary 38000 out of which i have to pay house rent, school fees, loans and other household expenses.             Followed with above complain I have been receiving unnecessary messages every month and charging me with per month 690 for non-maintenance of account which has come up to 6264.50, because of this I have been mentally disturbed and stressed and unable to concentrate on work/family, As am the only earning member in my family, as I have no father from birth and no own brothers to help me out for any kind of financial problems, I have already struggled a lot to get this salary 42000 per month and still struggling to get own house.( and staying @ rental house from birth ) Due to such unnecessary charges I am not able to pay my daughter’s fees.
            Hope you close my salary account Customer ID 35997105.
            Also I request you to sort this personal loan outstanding amount 7164.18 which was due to my HDFC salary account charges 690. My personal Loan ECS got bounced for which charges are getting increased by every month and my CIBIL score is gone down to score 500.
            Now I have arranged Personal Loan foreclosure amount by selling my daughter’s gold earrings to close this Personal loan Account No. 24938822 for 5 months.

                  They neither told me why it has been rejected. they are not issuing my credit card and their not returning my original documents. if any misuse happens with my documents than who will be responsible.?

                    I recently applied for a credit card from hdfc with a offer wherein I was offered a diners card along with it with the information given to me was that of these cards have individual credit limits and not shared which wasn't a fact, on being in an emergency situation when I cantacted the bank on an helpline number provided a gentleman called amjad could did not even try to explain the situation and just hung up the call. The request being simple of topping up the card with additional limit only for the current billing cycle.
                    A: providing incorrect and misleading information.
                    B: offering NO after sale services
                    C: poorly trained staff members
                    D: in a situation which requires prompt response, there wasn't any response at all.
                    These are the resons any one wouldn't want to bank with hdfc.
                    I have been using other cards which have either excelled in such services or are at least putting in efforts to do so.
                    Pathetic, awful, disgusting are the words I would describe it as.

                      I have raised a credit card dispute on 10th March on the fraudulent transactions happened on my credit card. I have submitted all necessary documents to them too. Unfortunately they billed all those to me. When I mail dispute they don't respond. They have kept auto pay activated on my saving account so that they can take out money from my savings account . They are deactivating the same. Customer care is intentionally disconnecting the call when a response is asked for. I tried calling so many times. They told the they have arranged a call back from dispute team. But no body called to clarify on the disputed bill. Everyone if call connects customer care tries to tell something and escape. Otherwise they will ask us to stay online & disconnect the call. This is such a worst customer service I have seen.

                      I have given numerous number of requests to them. Everybody should know their worst customer service.

                        She was suffering from liver disease and was admitted to three different hospitals 1. Shri balaji hospital raipur (Rr-hs[protected]Closed) 2. Mmi hospital raipur (Rr-hs[protected]Closed) and 3. Christian medical college vellore (Rr-hs[protected]Continuing and query)

                        All the reimbrusement claims (1. Shri balaji hospital raipur (Rr-hs[protected]Closed) 2. Mmi hospital raipur (Rr-hs[protected]Closed) have been registered and submitted all the possible documents but since we have submitted death certificate then also they were asking to submit the duly signed form...
                        And we were unable to do so thats why both the claims are closed by them...

                        But the 3 claim christian medical college vellore (Rr-hs[protected]Continuing and query)
                        After submitting every documents which was possible with us..
                        This company is creating qwery and qwery...
                        They are demanding again the papers and documents which we have already submitted..
                        They are sending me remainder upon remainder but i have not left anything with me to submit to the company...
                        The documents which they are demanding have been submitted earlier as well..

                          NOC can not be issued unless home loan will be cleared as per HDFC Housing Bank.

                              Kindly look into this matter and do the needful as i am not able to apply for any credit cards or loans for any banks because my name has come in the defaulter list and previously i applied 4 or 5 times for hdfc credit card but all the time application was rejected and no one told me the reason on asking with hdfc bank and hdfc customer care executive but one day when i applied for icici credit card then again my application got rejected and then when i asked to icici employee about the reason he told me that my name is in the defaulter list so application has been rejected but in my whole life i have never ever taken any loans or credit card from any bank then why my name has come in the defaulter list. There is only one incidence happened in my life from hdfc bank.

                              Incidence was, "when i was working with igt and homeshop 18 then that time i had two hdfc salary accounts but when i left the company i thought these accounts will be automatically closed as the account opened from company but it did not happen but when i got the message from hdfc after so long time that these accounts are still active and there are some penalty charges also which i had to pay so at once i went to my home branch of hdfc in gurgaon and paid the penalty charges after waive off and deactivated both the accounts properly and i have also account closure form for both the accounts. This is the only incidence which happened in my life from hdfc and i think that hdfc only mentioned my name in the defaulter list.

                              Kindly request you to delete my name from the defaulter list so that i can get the credit card and loans from the bank. I am very disappointed from this type of service from hdfc bank, this was the reason therefore hdfc bank was not telling me the correct information or reason about the credit card application denial but now i am requesting you to give me the positive response asap and i require personal loan on urgent basis as my sister's wedding has been announced and it will be in july 2016;

                              Also if you want to check anything about me then you can check from anywhere (Family, friends, official staffs, colleagues, neighbors) and i am a regular customer of icici bank from the last 1 year and i have also salary account over there but they did not complaint ever and i have all the relevant documents also.

                              I am raising this complaint again since long because I am very busy in my job but when again I applied for ICICI credit card 10 days ago then again my credit card application rejected. I want to know about my CIBIL score because I am giving all my genuine documents and verification is also done positive then how the application is being rejected.
                              I am raising issue that I was made fool by the hdfc agent, I borrowed a persona loan from hdfc and started to pay installments regularly, during lockdown I lost my job and took moratorium period and then after 8 months agent from hdfc contacted me and ask me to pay installments to him, I started to pay him installments regularly and he kept to give me receipts and he never guided me to pay by account. Now is the status that I got a good job in a well known and sound cooperate and still because of my low cibil I can't even apply for credit card. Bank has made my cibil poor and I have paid 80 percent of my installments. And because of the agent's greed many times I had feel low in front of many banks where my application for credit card has been rejected. Its my request to HDFC senior officials, please take care such things don't happen with anyone. And please sort out my issue as soon as possible because next month is y sister's marriage is there and being a human being U all should understand my condition.

                                  It is to inform you that I have disputed with all 5 transactions in the bill which were done after my card was stolen and provided you with CDF& FIR copy attached also on same day. Though they are in receipt of all documents, they generated bill for those transactions. I'm escalating the below matter since the proper resolution or response is not provided to me even after multiple emails to dispute team (5th, 9th April). I have escalated it to grievances team also. The customer care team asks to contact only dispute team. If you want more infomration, you can check with investigation team also. The Cctv footages for all transactions are available with them. This is a genuine case which i'm fighting for.

                                  I'm helping out the investigation team with all details possible. Though you are in receipt of all details that the transactions are fraudulent, it is the irresponsibility to include them in the billing.Since you have not completed the investigation on time, the transactions should be kept on hold without interest until the resolution comes in. I'm disputing with the bill generated on 5th April. The dispute doesn't respond, customer card doesn't provide info. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. There is no toll free number for credit credit complaints. The bill to talk to them itself is huge.

                                    I must admit that I wasn't smart enough as HDFC. Very smart bank I had a credit card as well with 20000 limit I had dispute with the services twice once in 2011 when I paid full amount with fine and charges because the payment was not made and closed the card. Another smart agent came to me and convinced again for a c.card I agreed even after my previous experience. Dispute occurred again this time I paid 39000 where the maximum limit was 20000only. Still they have not been closing my account saying they need more 7000 to close this account as it's dormant account and was converted into savings after salary account was changed. It has been increasing and increasing day by day, It's my hard working money and the way I have paid to HDFC it actually hurts, as a result I always tried to save my credit ratings but I was trapped and will never be able to buy a flat or a car as I don't have 40 lakhs to pay in a go. It not only affected my ratings but majorly impacted my personal life I have no status today no cars no home, when I visited my Hdfc home branch I was being convinced to purchase a mutual fund of 50000 as a saving with HDFC only then they would wave it off and close the account and this was offered by Lallan Mishra who was the manager, raising this question to you would you ever like to be in this situation like me? Off course not. Let's see if posting this experience for last 10 minutes help me!!!

                                    It's not about the card Anay, it's about the bank account for card I have paid the interest in full and I have been provided no-dues certificate for the second time in my experience with Hdfc. I wrote only because my bank account is not being closed and I was really very much pissed off when I was offered a deal to either invest 50000 or pay 7000 rs. I actually didn't get that what the branch manager was up to. I also had one with axis bank it was closed without any charges even after 2 years. And I think it would have been increasing day by day. It's very easy for any bank like Hdfc to fight this because they always have a team to handle it in advance. I am a normal, general and peace loving person I can't escalate it again and again like other people I will olso quit and that's where your job is done Anay. that's what you have been sent for, but I won't screw neither your no Hdfc life, coz I am helpless you guys can prove that it was I at fault. You already have lawyers, yes but I will tell my family, friends and knowns about it, hope I can save someone else's credit score and social status to be ruined, and social status. God bless you Anay but I think you were not here with a solution. Let's see what you have for me
