HDFC Bank — Customer care not responding properly | |||
Dear Sir, I am having my saving acccount and credit card from HDFC bank from last 10 years. Pleas check for my relation with HDFC bank. Last year I have taken cash on call of 50000. I have paid my all EMI. Last EMI because of confusion it was not paid. after raising a compalaint : [protected] I have to pay 4917.17 rupees. I have kept the account balance for next EMI. but my account got credit instruciton for rupees 5478.97 instead of 4917.17. I called so many times customer care please check your recorded call details i have not got any help. I have again paid the amount by debit card, after getting confirmation from customer care.
