My name ms. Shaikh had been deprived by hdfc bank customer care saying me to contact with merchant for cancellation of my pre approved loan sanctioned by hdfc bank to merchant on my behalf
Whereas i had made a call at customer care since i received a message stating that a loan is booked for my account
As soon as we call at hdfc bank customer care after hanging of 15 to 20 minutes they give us another department number saying to contact with loan department
And again when we call at that loab d
Customer care number they again connect to telecaller after 20..25 minutes of hanging

It's started on 26th feb
I had been complaining for the same since the day it was sanctioned as i was notified by message i told same day to cancel this loan which was pre approved by hdfc bank
Bank even was not even bothered to confirm or reconfirm for the sanction of loan and now they are calling again and again to pay emi for that loan
This is severe negligence from hdfc bank to not listen or confirm it's customer before sanction of any kind of loan Was this information helpful? |
