I'm KARTHIKEYAN.C Credit card number: [protected]. Customer Complaint No. [protected] I have purchased a Tablet from Infoplus on November for 6650/- using my credit card. Later I converted into EMI. But due to some technical problem I returned the product and I got refunded. I have called customer care on November and requested for cancellation for EMI. On December again I called Customer care and got confirmed that my EMI's is cancelled. But it is not cancelled From past three months EMI was deducted from my account without my knowledge. Your customer care guys are so irresponsible. They are very much interested only in forcing callers to take loan rather than doing what is requested. Now I'm requesting you to cancel my EMI's and refund my three months amount with the interest I paid. As this your negligence and I cannot bear the interest for nothing. Please do this ASAP.
