Hi I have my HDFC Master credit card ending with 8980.I had some query regarding my credit card statement and called on thenumber [protected].After waiting for 7-8 minutes on IVR my callconnected to Tausif and he disconnected the call by making the excuse of poor connection. Today on 04/11/2016 when I again called for the same issue then my call got connected to mandeep kaur I asked her not to disconnect thecall The same thing happened and stillshe disconnected, I will write to consumer forum Was this information helpful? | |||
