[Resolved] HDFC Bank — customer service not allowing to redeem reward point on blocked card and not providing information on incremental point | |||
Hi, This is with regards to my diners black card from hdfc bank which was blocked. Now the bank team is not allowing me to redeem my reward points which are very valuable to me. Also i am supposed to receive an incremental reward points, for which your customer support team has no answer. I have been following up with them for last 20-25 days but not getting a proper response. Please solve my issue on priority. I would be highly obliged.
