[Resolved] HDFC Bank — customer service of phone banking and cc disputes team | |||
This is to inform you that my account was charged with an unauthorized transaction in the month on 18th october 2017. For which i had filed a dispute. It has been 3 months i have received no information from the company for the dispute. I tried contacting the phone banking services multiple times for quicker resolution of my problem and they are giving me fake commitments and timelines. The company which initiated the charges has given me refund email but now in jan 2018 i can see the same charge for the month of october. No one is trying to help me in this situation. I have Visited to branch to open salary Account but the staff is very much band and dont have full knowledge about the product, Services and customer attending style is very bad
