[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Customer service Representative not courteous | |||||
I was sleeping and woke up after the call reached my phone by the rep from HDFC asking for my non payment of my card. I told her very politely that I had a lot of crisis this month and wasn't able to pay but will need to make a payment at the End of this month once I get my pay. The rep dint acknowledge that and she was very harsh is repeating saying that I have to make a payment and I would need to do it immediately. I told her that I had no cash left in bank as I had unexpected expenses this month but will pay in full on 28th but I was astonished that she was so aggressive and i asked for her manager but she was still worse not even wondering what the person is saying they kept talking like goons this is unacceptable.
