My account balance has been deducted by 313.05 rupees without giving any information about the deduction. I want to know the reason why it has been deducted. It was deducted on 20 sep 2017. Cheque/reference number is mir[protected]. I would like to know in what cases will your bank will deduct unnecessary charges like these without intimating the customer.
