On 22/03/2016 There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.
Rs. 642.89 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. I visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. Tried contacting your customer service they redirected to accounts / finance team where no one responded. Next few attempts failed as no one from customer care picked up my call.
Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.
Also, I have not seen any response from your customer care team except for one query. Your website also do not state about these DCD issue, whereas I can see a lot of people are facing this issue. Can't you just explain or notify your customer on what this issue is and what they need to do if a transaction like this appear in their statement. You guys keep on sending bad mail for promoting your products and calling every now and then for loans, but you do not have resources for answering to customers of existing services. Really disappointed with the services provided by HDFC.
