HDFC Bank — Debit card annual charges are deducted differently

This is to bring to your attention that I am Salary account holder of HDFC Bank for 9 years and I am working in Capgemini.

Although it is a Salary account each and every month some different amounts are getting deducted as ATM charges.

I want to know why it is being considered as chargeable under a Salary account.

Please Note: I already have lodged complaint to HDFC Bank for the month of August, 2022 where the money got dedusted as Rs. 472/- and November, 2022 as Rs. 767/-.

I have been notified that I will get refund but that didn't happen.

Please help me to get my money back asap.
