[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Debit card balance negative | |||
I have got job and opened salary account with hdfc in march 2017. Before that i had an credit card with hdfc. I had lost my job last year and due to financial problem i was not able to make payment for credit card. Now my account balance is showing as 14039/- But total available balance is -90139. Is it possible for bank to do so without any notification as the credit card was not linked to my salary account. Does we have have negative balance in salary account. I wish to make the payment for the credit card but now i am stuck and not able to use my debit card. The customer care is unresponsive and number is always busy and now i am facing lot of problem due to this issue. Please help me. How can they do so without giving any notice.
