[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Debit card | |||||
I have salary account with hdfc bank calangute goa. Few day ago i was received a massage from hdfc bank that your card no xxxx was deactivated & i got a call from hdfc bank that you can collect a new card from hdfc branch. I told them that i am not able to come & collect so please courier my card but they not send me the same. After two three day i take a leave from my office & went to hdfc bank calangute branch. & i ask for my new card but the their executives told me that he dont have my card. I showed him the massage & online my bank account that my old card was deactivated & my new card no also. But he is saying he dont have. Still i have not recived my card. My name is umesh nagori my customer id is 54884719. Request you to please help me because i donot have money Was this information helpful? | |||||
