[Resolved] HDFC Bank — debit card cashback redeem failure | |
I had purchased a tv cabin from urbanladder.com worth rupees 14999 using my debit card. They offered me 5% cashback (750 rupees). Not as direct money, but instead they gave it as 749 cashback redeem points which i can redeem it through online netbanking portal. On march 2nd i redeemed 749 cashback points. They said that 749 rupees will be credited into my account within 2 days. But it's been a week and still that amount hasn't been credited. I called their customer care number. After listening to my issue, they said they'll transfer it to the concerned department, but they instead keep me in hold for a very long time, until i hung up the call.
