[Resolved] HDFC Bank — debit card not received, but status shows received. | |
My old debit card is blocked and when communicated with hdfc phone banking, they said new debit card is already received by me. However i have not received any new debit card on my registered address. Now they are demanding more money around rs. 300 to issue another debit card. Why should i pay extra charges?? Also if it is not delivered, why hdfc is saying it is delivered. Now i dont have any active debit card and i am suffering because of there mistake. Also before blocking my existing debit card they have not communicated with me by sending any message on registered mobile no. And suddenly without delivering new card hdfc has blocked my old card.
