HDFC Bank — deceptive or misleading advertising which cause mental torture from bank

Hi,
This is with complaint on hdfc personal loan cheating and fraud.
Issue started on june 20th where i logged into hdfc net banking and there was an online advertisement on net banking portal for personal loan with 3 mins disbursement. I further proceeded to check the eligibility and criteria with filling the personal details and it was showing pre-approved loan of rs.2, 50, 000 and normal loan of rs.4, 80, 000.
Since i needed only rs.1, 50, 000 for personal issue and to close the credit cards, i selected pre-approved loan (Usually this will be without document or minimum documents). But post selecting the pre-approved loan, it asked for address proof and salary proof (No other document was mentioned to be submitted), and i submitted uploaded both the doc, since it was secured hdfc bank portal and waited for disbursement and got loan application # dplxxxxxxxx95. No further communication was provided to me. Next day i called customer care for checking the loan application status and they told it is under process and they could not review/ check it and it will take 5-10 days for another department to check and call me back. After 5 days i got same response and after 10 days i got same response. And it was weird that no customer care is providing proper status, so i complained (Complaint # hbl=[protected] online hdfc portal for the same only july 4th. I got response to provide personal details which was already provided while filling the loan application (Not sure why they are not checking it properly). No further response from bank. Later on july 7th i proceeded with complaint on grievance redressal and to nodal officer (Complaint #hbl=[protected]'). On july 15th i got reply from grievance redressal stating i have to check with joshy thomas on [protected] for any further clarification or assistance.
This joshy thomas was the personal who was checking with me for any personal loan when not needed. Later she further requested to provide 1 pan card xerox, 2 photo, address proof, salary proof and another doc etc. Not sure if i have applied for pre-approved loan or normal loan. She sounded weird and it was like not talking with hdfc employee.
I further informed her, the normal loan eligibility is rs.4, 70, 000 and i have applied for 150000 and it was preapproved loan. She didn’t agree to what i said and she kept asking for document submission and she will send a guy to collect the document and only then she will proceed further. This is insane and worst service that i had with personal loan.
Further escalated to nodal officer and ombudsman and no responses till date from them.
Deceptive or misleading advertising which caused mental torcher from bank and till date the issue is not resolved. Deceptive or misleading advertisements are restricted under the various legislations including the consumer protection act, 1986;norms for journalist conduct issued by the press council of india act and asci code. Also, indian penal code, 1806- the ipc, vide an array of provisions, prohibits obscene, defamatory publication, publication of a lottery and/ or statements creating or promoting disharmony/ enmity in society.
Requesting to look into this issue and do the needful regarding false advertisement and worst customer care representative in hdfc bank personal loan department.
