[Resolved] HDFC Bank — dedication of nwd decchg charges thrice

In my account i am being charged for nwd decchg charges and the amount is 29.50 rs thrice on the same date ie 13/12/18. Although it is my salary account and no such deduction was informed to me. As per rules there should not be any such deduction for use in other bank atm as i have not exceeding the transaction limit as well I am really unhappy with this unprofessional behaviour. Dec 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I would like to draw your attention that till now no resolution is being given and my complaint is marked as resolved How is this possible..i have just received a mail that someone will be contacting me within few days and then it is showing that it is resolved superb HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 24, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that when you use your HDFC Bank Debit Card at other Bank ATMs within/outside India or at a merchant outlet outside India, and the transaction gets declined due to insufficient funds, the charges of Rs. 25 per transaction (plus GST) are levied.
