HDFC Bank — dedication o[censored]nauthorised transaction | |||
Dear Sir I am new Customer of HDFC Bank from feb 2019. Before opening of my account bank staff gave me fake offers of credit card and saving etc. They misguided me, but after opening account they said that credit card can't be issued to you because my income is less than bank T&C. Before opening account i request them to give me simple debit card without any insurance or extra benefits or charges. But after few months bank deducted Rs 590 from my savings account of Debit Card Issuance Fee details(240419- MIR[protected] on[protected]. After deduction of money i complaint to HDFC Customer Care for refund my money, they said to request your Bank Branch Staff for this. But bank staff defuse my request. Now its my request to you kindly refund my money back. Hoping for a favourable response from you.
