HDFC Bank — deducted amount 115, 464, 7, 17 these 4 amount refund in my account as soon as possible

My hdfc acount 4 amount is deducted against the adhoc stmt through i m not satisfy this highly deduction amount pls kindly grant me refund my all amount and resolve the my problem as soon as possible i will blocked my hdfc bank acount for this fraud deduction through adhoc stmt related.pls solve my problem and refund my money.
