[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Deducted money

Hello respected Sir/Madam
I had some problem that As without my prior intimate information that bank has been deducted ₹531.88 from my account. Here is AC no -[protected] I am Hoping the customer care will definitely looking towards my case as this is not a simple case as without my acknowledgment they can't process it..

On 30th July 2016 with the reference code-INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 270716

I want fully clarification on this case...

Hello,

3RD PARTY CASH TXN has been done from my HDFC account without my knowledge. Never seen before such type of transaction being done.

Moreover there isn't any reference ID allotted to this deduction
