[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Deduction amount

I have done one transaction in cloth shop of RS 2500 on dated 14th November, 2016
At the payment time I had swap my debit card there on mswap machine.l, but due to system issue I have charges for 3 time means total 7500rs.2500 they transferred me in my account after the verify
From mswap show they charge me only two time means 5000 rupess, but remaining 2500 they said you can call your bank so please cheak the details and refund my 2500 rupess asap

I have requested Hdfc bank to provide loan outstanding statement but the branch office asked me to reach out to Info.[protected]@hdfc.com. Please advise, why it can't be provided by branch. Why Info.[protected]@hdfc.com is not responding to mails. Ref:complaint no, 4121489, 4121984
