[Resolved] HDFC Bank — deduction from debit card

My name is vishnu and my account no is [protected]. On 16 august 2017 i got the message from the hdfc that they have charged rs. 270 for non maintenance in june 17. But i am totally unsatisfied why they charged. I had sufficient balance in my account. Why they charged. If they are not ready to refund my balance as soon as possible, otherwise i will close my account.

We note that Average Monthly Balance non-maintenance charges levied in your account are in conformity to our Bank's Schedule of Fees and Charges as the required AMB of Rs. 10000.00 is not maintained in your account during the period April -May 2017.
