[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — deduction of amount from account

Hi
I am regular user of hdfc netbanking. I always recharged my mobile and diash tv. Previous time i has recharged my airtel dish and telenor mobile no. Amount has been deducted from my account but recharged has not done. This amount has been not reversed in my account.
Please let's me know. I am sending the screen shot. Please help me custom
