[Resolved] HDFC Bank — deduction of rs. 3000 from credit card | |||
As my credit card is showing the 3000 less in the account as compare to massage sent from the bank two days ago. My online statement shows no deduction of Rs.3000 from the credit card account so for this deduction i didn't get any update from the bank. I contact customer care on[protected] from my registered mobile but they wasn't pick the phone from more than 20 min and every call was chargeable also. Also mailed them but no response from then with in two days or till now as mail was sent on 8th of December. Was this information helpful? | |||
