[Resolved] HDFC Bank — delay in loan disbursement | |||
I had taken a home loan from hdfc bank in june 2015 for 32.3l. As the property was not registered mr. Arjit, the branch manager said the bank would be withholding 1.6l and the same would be disbursed to me if i show the proof of purchase of stamp duty for registry purpose. After purchasing the stamp duty for the same, now when i am approaching the bank for the same, they are asking me to get he registry done first and are saying the balance 1.6l can be availed as a top-up loan. I am religiously following my case on a daily basis with the bm mr. Arjit and even with mr. Prannay sharma, cluster head haryana but neither they are refusing to disburse the amount nor disbursing the amount. Please advise a future course to be followed. Thanks, in advance.
