HDFC Bank — Delay in policy issuance, bad customer service | |||
I had applied for term policy in the month of january. Still its not issued. Medicals were done long back. I had received a message that there is some issue with medical report. When contacted with hdfc life person they said that there is nothing. Pending from my side, its the hospital from where details are pending. I have followed up atleast 100 times. But everytime i get a response that they will follow up. N i do not receive any call aftr that. I have been following up with adil syed and mayur kotecha. I have got really bad customer service experience. I want to cancel the policy and get a refund after this kind of experience. If to get the last policy there is so much issue, i can only imagine my experience at the time of claim. Please revert asap Was this information helpful? | |||
