[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — delay in processing my top up loan

I am rahul an existing cust (Loan a/c no. 5061952), requested for a top-up loan. The executive got documents on dec12, and assure me that loan will be processed by a day or two, now that since my company is not in the listed and name changed as per gazatte dtd. 18nov and also i submit the docs for the company name change. I'm disappointed. Pls help.
