[Resolved] HDFC Bank — deletion of second holder and addition of new second holder | |||
Hdfc bank customer id[protected] i submitted all requisite documents and forms at hdfc bank for deletion of existing second holder and adding another second holder in my account. These forms were submitted on 13th or 14th may 2019 at borivali west branch of hdfc bank. The lady told me it will be processed within 7 working days. I approached hdfc bank customer on 24th may to know the status as i wanted the thing processed for visa appointment dated 28.05.19. Today is 29th may more than 12 working days and no progress has been made. Neither my personal banker/not customer care is aware where is the process stuck. The lady from borivali branch had the guts to call me and ask why did you complain on the hdfc bank customer care. Hdfc bank has all the right to take howmuch ever time it needs but atleast give a strict date by when the request can be processed instead of keeping customers hanging.
