HDFC Bank — delinking of credit card from my savings account

I have been struggling like anything in hdfc bank to delink my credit card frm my saving account as need to. Clise my saving account as a reason worst customer. Care and response. Local home branch at chander nagar ghaziabad says they dont know anything and have to contact customer care only customer care says to visit home branch and after. Persusion takes the request but till date no action taken. It's really frustrating with such pathetic and inequate staff who are not aware of anything.
