HDFC Bank — delinking the credit card account | |||||
Hello team, Good morning! I want to raise a complain against the hdfc credit card department for delaying the delink process of my credit card from one of my savings bank account. This process usually takes 3-4 working days. However, it has crossed more than a week and the account is not yet delinked. This is not at all a good customer service. And, more over the customer care representatives are repeatedly saying same thing "it will be done in next 24 hours". This is not at all accepted. If i compare current position of hdfc bank credit card department with other banks, then hdfc is the worst. Others are much much better than them. As my service request number :- [protected] is still pending, i'm raising a complain here expecting some action to expedite the process.
