HDFC Bank — Delivered Wrong Credit card to me which I have no use

Hi I have applied for credit card online then agent came to me to receive my documents. I narrated him my requirements & based on that I will get Time Titanium credit card which has annual fees of Rs.500. I received Diners Club credit card which is not Master Card or Visa which I needed most of credit card to purchase online web services. I am Online marketing professional & this card does not satisfy my requirement at all. I was looking for Times titanium but received Diners Club. Please help HDFC bank.

Still not received any sort of response from HDFC. Very poor service.

Still there is no action taken. I found lot of bad reviews about Diner card here http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/hdfc-diners-club-international-c...⇄
