During my account opening formalities the executive asked me to open a free HDFC DMAT account. Now I am getting mails and messages that you are crossed upper limit of RS200 which was never told to me as it was sold as a Free account for employees. Regarding this I have already visited nearest branch and given the DEMAT account closure form on 16th may and i paid RS.875/-and they said within 10working days you will get the 3/4th amount, but still now I am getting mails regarding the trading account statement and also money not yet reversed. Please look into this and request you to reverse the charges that was levied on me unnecessarily.
I got call from HDFC regarding closure of Demat A/C, she said that again I need to pay RS 275/- for closing this A/C but you will not get any amount reversal and also she said DEMAT A/C is different Trading A/C is different, but I have not used these DEMAT A/C till now, I don’t know how to deal with it, kindly help me to get the A/C closure and reversal of 3/4th of the amount as she told, I have attached the receipt how much I paid on 16th may, This is my kind request for looking into this ASAP.
